Harvesting
The quantity of various ages of ˇ§mother pearlsˇ¨ is harvested according to market needs. The ˇ§mother of pearlsˇ¨ usually takes 7 or more years to develop. Likewise, smaller sized pearls require fewer years to develop. The harvested pearls are then sent to our factory and sorted in accordance to their size, shape and grade.
